    • Orders are deliverable to U.S. residential and commercial addresses. Orders are deliverable to P.O. Boxes only via Economy Shipping by the U.S. Postal Service.
    • Minimum order value will be determined before application of all applicable taxes, shipping charges and surcharges.

SoulforSole engages with multiple carriers, including drop ship vendors, to complete deliveries.

Orders that are shipped via the Rush or Express delivery option are not guaranteed to be delivered within a day or two after the order is placed, rather the in-transit times will be faster than the normal 3-5 business days transit time through Ground.

 

Orders Containing 20 Units or Greater

Orders containing 20 units or more are subject to increased shipping pricing. We deem orders with 20 units or more to include orders purchasing multiple products totaling 20 or more products or orders purchasing multiple units of a single product totaling 20 or more units, any combination of which are subject to the increased shipping prices.

 Shipping locations

A physical street address or P.O. Box number must be provided for a shipping address. Orders with a P.O. Box number in the shipping address will be delivered via the Economy delivery method. Delivery to a commercial address may only be completed by Ground, Rush and Express delivery methods (subject to applicable fees).

 We ship only to locations within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Please note shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer due to location of delivery.

We offer retail store location pickup (subject to product availability at retail store locations).

 Tracking

There are several ways you can track the fulfillment and delivery of your order. SoulforSole will provide a tracking number for each order processed and shipped. You will be able to track your package with the tracking number and the carrier in which we are shipping the item. We will provide you with both.

 Lost or Damaged Shipments

SoulforSole is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. If the shipment tracking status shows "Delivered" and you are unable to locate the shipment, SoulforSole is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these circumstances. It is your responsibility to make proper arrangements for receiving the expected package to the shipping address you listed in your order.

However, please still contact SoulforSole for assistance if you placed your order for delivery to a residential address and the delivery is past the estimated delivery date and either you have not received your order or your order has been marked as "Delivered" but cannot be located.
